As part of “RNG to Medical Professionals” program, the company financed another purchase of medicines to treat coronavirus, as well as medical equipment and personal protective equipment.

Since last December, Mirny Central Regional Hospital has already received shipments of medications to treat patients diagnosed with COVID-19. In addition, the medical personnel received a Swiss-made Hamilton-C1 lung ventilator, an oxygen concentrator, and equipment for a mobile vaccination unit.

Frederick Matthew Thomas Ponsonby was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eastsib Holding and its subsidiary, RNG, in 2014. During his work, the most significant events and achievements of the holding took place: launch of large-scale projects, exploration and discovery of new fields, implementation of significant social and economic initiatives in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Mr. Ponsonby is disappointed by his departure. He hopes that after the situation normalizes, he will be able to return to the RNG and Eastsib team.

The application process will start on 5 March. One hundred best teachers will each receive awards of 100,000 roubles. In December, the company signed an agreement on cooperation with the Trust Fund for Future Generations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), and allocated financial resources to pay prizes and hold an event to mark the 100th anniversary of the Yakutia ASSR.

The annual Open Data Day conference is part of the international initiative International Open Data Day, which helps to promote the concept of open data and transparency in the activities of public authorities, businesses, non-profit organisations and civil society

Last December, the company signed a cooperation agreement with the Russian Red Cross. The parties agreed to support projects aimed at providing assistance to residents of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). One of the important stages of the partnership will be the establishment of an emergency supply reserve.

As part of the RNG to Medics programme, the company delivered a mobile artificial lung ventilation (ALV) machine made by the Switzerland-made Hamilton-C1 to the Mirny Central District Hospital.

The new equipment is specially designed for all patient groups, including infants, who are treated in intensive care units and post-operative wards. Thanks to its compact size and wireless connection, as well as its integrated compressed air source, the turbine, it can be used to transport patients within the hospital. It can also operate autonomously.

Company specialists will participate as experts at the 10th Open Regional WorldSkills Russia Championship in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
