The Native Home social rehabilitation centre supports minors from families which find themselves in a difficult life situation. Professional teachers and doctors work with teenagers living in the institution, children are provided with everything necessary for study and recreation.
Moscow hosted the VI scientific and practical “Quality Day – 2022” conference, annually organized by RNG. Representatives of major oilfield services, engineering and IT companies took part in the two-day strategic session.
The company funded the purchase of special wheelchairs and walkers for severely ill children. In addition, a supply of special nutrition and supplies will be purchased for the foundation’s beneficiaries.
The non-profit organisation Home with a Lighthouse supports children’s hospices, and the foundation provides care for 800 patients with incurable diseases.
The contract for the implementation of all stages of work was signed with the Russian Centre for Forest Protection (federal budgetary institution). The organization will carry out reforestation at the expense of RNG on an area of over 640 hectares. Tree planting will be done within the boundaries of the lands allocated for this purpose by the Vilyuisk Forestry (state public institution).
As part of “RNG to Medical Professionals” program, the company financed another purchase of medicines to treat coronavirus, as well as medical equipment and personal protective equipment.
Since last December, Mirny Central Regional Hospital has already received shipments of medications to treat patients diagnosed with COVID-19. In addition, the medical personnel received a Swiss-made Hamilton-C1 lung ventilator, an oxygen concentrator, and equipment for a mobile vaccination unit.
Frederick Matthew Thomas Ponsonby was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eastsib Holding and its subsidiary, RNG, in 2014. During his work, the most significant events and achievements of the holding took place: launch of large-scale projects, exploration and discovery of new fields, implementation of significant social and economic initiatives in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
Mr. Ponsonby is disappointed by his departure. He hopes that after the situation normalizes, he will be able to return to the RNG and Eastsib team.

In December, the company signed an agreement on cooperation with the Trust Fund for Future Generations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), and allocated financial resources to pay prizes and hold an event to mark the 100th anniversary of the Yakutia ASSR.
