The company management decided to extend support of the All-Russian public organisation Russian Red Cross projects in the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

During the current year the active emergency response team among volunteers who live in Yakutsk will be passing trainings within the partnership. It is also planned to train new volunteers from nine remote areas of the region – all of them will receive the necessary equipment and additional inventory.

The company held the traditional VII scientific and practical conference Quality Day - 2023 in Moscow. Representatives of major oilfield services, engineering and IT companies took part in the strategic session.

The event aims to summarize the results of the joint work of RNG and the company's partners over the past year, as well as to search for new and effective approaches in the field of industrial exploitation of deposits, the implementation of modern technologies in the field of exploration and construction of wells.

The company employees will act as experts of the regional stage of the All-Russian championship movement of professional skills Professionals - 2023 in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

The company took the eighth place in the field of Energy, Extraction and Processing of Raw Materials.

The identification of the best Russian employers, which entered the HeadHunter rating, took place in several stages: questioning of employees’ loyalty level to the organisation they work, applicants polling on the Internet recruiting portal and expert assessment of the development of HR processes of participating enterprises. In total, 1996 companies submitted applications for participation in the rating, of which 1082 became finalists.

The company once again allocated financial resources for three meals a day for the residents of the orphanage.

The Native Home Social Rehabilitation Centre has been operating in Kolomna since 2020. The institution educates children and teenagers who are temporarily without parental care and are in a difficult life situation.

Currently 18 minors aged 3 to 16 live in the orphanage. They deals with professional teachers, also they have medical care and everything necessary for study and recreation.
