The company will provide financial assistance to the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS) in the implementation of educational projects for creative students, cultural workers and residents of Yakutsk.

Within the framework of these projects, teachers and students of the Arctic State Institute of Culture and Arts will be able to undergo the advanced training programmes, as well as internships with leading masters of GITIS. Now the Institute, together with the Ministry of Culture and Spiritual Development of the region, is forming lists of participants. The programmes and internships are scheduled for autumn.

"GITIS values its reputation, it is pleasant that our professional development programmes are in demand, and our joint activity with the Arctic Institute of Culture and Arts continues and, I hope, it will only expand to mutual pleasure and benefit. We are grateful to RNG, as with its support our cooperation with the Institute of Culture and Arts became possible, and this year it can be called a good tradition", underlined Grigory Zaslavsky, the rector of GITIS.

Also, within the framework of the partnership, there is a discussion of the joint staging of the graduation  play of graduates-directors and set designers of GITIS and students-actors of the Arctic State Institute of Culture and Arts.

"We believe it is important that theatrical art develops not only in big cities, but also in other regions of the country. I am sure that GITIS projects contribute to professional growth of creative workers of Yakutia and give a powerful impetus to create new bright initiatives in the field of culture", commented Vladimir Rakitin, General Director of RNG.
