RNG Helps Tas-Yuryakh Children Get Ready for Their First School Year

For first-graders at Secondary General School No. 9 named after R.V. Lonkunov in Tas-Yuryakh, Mirninsky District, the first day this September came with a welcome surprise from the Company.

RNG provided every first-grader with a school backpack, a shoe bag and classroom essentials ahead of the new academic year.

River Cadets Complete Work Placements Aboard RNG Snabzhenie Vessels

This year, second- and third-year students from the Ust-Kut Institute of Water Transport joined RNG Snabzhenie crews for practical training. Eight cadets studying to become motormen and helmsmen have been working aboard the Boyets, Vitimets, Morion and Viktoriya-1.

The cadets were given real responsibilities from the outset and quickly settled into day-to-day work on board. Practical experience, combined with guidance from senior crew members, has helped them build the skills needed to work on modern river vessels.

RNG Supplies Materials for New Tas-Yuryakh Health Clinic

RNG has provided another round of practical support for the settlement of Tas-Yuryakh in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), supplying the materials needed to prepare the site for a new rural health clinic.

The request came from the Mirninsky District administration and Mirny Central District Hospital. Over the weekend, around 300 cubic metres of rock fill—roughly 20 tipper-truck loads—were delivered to the site, allowing groundwork to move ahead.

Once completed, the clinic will add an important new piece of social infrastructure to Tas-Yuryakh.

Mirny Polytechnic Institute Students Visit RNG Field

As part of an introductory practical training, first-year Oil and Gas Engineering students from the Mirny Polytechnic Institute, a branch of North-Eastern Federal University (NEFU), toured the Company’s production facilities.

RNG Provides Support to the Diocese of Yakutia

The Company has provided funding to support large families of clergy members.

Clergy families traditionally have many children. Priests rely primarily on donations from parishioners for their income, and their families therefore often face serious financial difficulties. In addition, clergy members of the Diocese of Yakutia serve in remote northern uluses, or districts, of the Republic, where living conditions remain challenging.

RNG Backs the Kharyskhal Charitable Foundation

RNG has donated to Kharyskhal (“Mercy”), a Yakutia-based charity supporting children with disabilities and additional health needs.

The funds will go towards cancer treatment for children across the region.

Kharyskhal works to give children with disabilities and additional health needs a better quality of life. Alongside running a range of social programmes, the foundation is helping to make Yakutia more inclusive and pioneering new ways of delivering tailored support to children who need it.

RNG Helps Bring Yakutia’s Yhyаkh Festival to Moscow

The Company helped stage this year’s Yhyаkh festival at the Kolomenskoye Museum Reserve in Moscow, contributing to the event’s funding and joining the celebrations.

Rooted in ancient traditions of fertility, Yhyаkh is traditionally celebrated at the summer solstice. Its Moscow edition has become a highlight of the capital’s cultural calendar.

RNG Congratulates School Graduates in Yakutia’s Tas-Yuryakh

Graduates of R.V. Lonkunov Secondary School No. 9 in the village of Tas-Yuryakh, the oldest school in Yakutia’s Mirninsky District, received a special send-off from RNG as they celebrated the end of their school years.

During the graduation ceremony, a company representative congratulated the Year 11 students and wished them success in their studies, future careers and the next stage of their lives. RNG also presented each graduate with a tablet.
