RNG has donated to Kharyskhal (“Mercy”), a Yakutia-based charity supporting children with disabilities and additional health needs.

The funds will go towards cancer treatment for children across the region.

Kharyskhal works to give children with disabilities and additional health needs a better quality of life. Alongside running a range of social programmes, the foundation is helping to make Yakutia more inclusive and pioneering new ways of delivering tailored support to children who need it.

The Company helped stage this year’s Yhyаkh festival at the Kolomenskoye Museum Reserve in Moscow, contributing to the event’s funding and joining the celebrations.

Rooted in ancient traditions of fertility, Yhyаkh is traditionally celebrated at the summer solstice. Its Moscow edition has become a highlight of the capital’s cultural calendar.

Graduates of R.V. Lonkunov Secondary School No. 9 in the village of Tas-Yuryakh, the oldest school in Yakutia’s Mirninsky District, received a special send-off from RNG as they celebrated the end of their school years.

During the graduation ceremony, a company representative congratulated the Year 11 students and wished them success in their studies, future careers and the next stage of their lives. RNG also presented each graduate with a tablet.

The Company is continuing to pursue artificial reproduction of aquatic bioresources. RNG ecologists have released more than 550,000 fry of pelad into the Vilyuiskoye Water Reservoir. Pelad is also called northern whitefish; it is a valuable genus of the salmon family.

RNG Group companies have been helping replenish fish stocks in Yakutia for many years. Over the past eight years, they have released more than 4.5 million whitefish fry into the Republic’s rivers and reservoirs.

RNG has ranked fifth in the rating compiled by the Ministry of Ecology, Nature Management and Forestry of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) among the region’s extractive companies.

Yakutia has launched a new independent mechanism for assessing the environmental impact of industrial operations. The EcoRating of Subsoil Users is designed to increase transparency in corporate environmental practices and foster green competition across the region.

The village of Syuldyukar in Yakutia’s Mirninsky District hosted Yhyаkh, the traditional Sakha summer festival. This year, the celebration also honoured the village’s 70th anniversary. The Company awarded special prizes to the winners of the sporting competitions.

The programme combined traditional rituals, national sports and cultural performances, offering a lively celebration of local heritage.

RNG has supported a team of young boxers from Mirninsky District ahead of the Championship in Krasnodar, helping cover the cost of their training camp and competition kit.

The Russian Junior Boxing Championships have come to a close in Krasnodar, the capital of Kuban in southern Russia. Boxers from Mirninsky District put in a strong performance, showing solid preparation and sharp technical skills in the ring.

RNG Snabzhenie has sent its vessels out on the Lena River as the new navigation season gets under way. The fleet will carry equipment, materials, and food supplies to keep RNG’s operations in Yakutia running smoothly.

The company expects to make more than 40 voyages in 2026. The route from Ust-Kut to Lensk and back stretches almost 2,000 kilometres.

The Company has helped reopen the road to Tas-Yuryakh after spring floods damaged parts of the federal Vilyuy highway and washed out the village’s only access route.

The flooding left Tas-Yuryakh virtually cut off from the rest of Mirninsky District, disrupting food deliveries and making it harder for emergency vehicles to reach the community.

After the village administration asked RNG for support, the Company sent in heavy machinery and supplied around 100 cubic metres of rock fill for the repairs.
