RNG Snabzhenie has sent its vessels out on the Lena River as the new navigation season gets under way. The fleet will carry equipment, materials, and food supplies to keep RNG’s operations in Yakutia running smoothly.
The company expects to make more than 40 voyages in 2026. The route from Ust-Kut to Lensk and back stretches almost 2,000 kilometres.
The Company has helped reopen the road to Tas-Yuryakh after spring floods damaged parts of the federal Vilyuy highway and washed out the village’s only access route.
The flooding left Tas-Yuryakh virtually cut off from the rest of Mirninsky District, disrupting food deliveries and making it harder for emergency vehicles to reach the community.
After the village administration asked RNG for support, the Company sent in heavy machinery and supplied around 100 cubic metres of rock fill for the repairs.
The Company has received a positive assessment of its high sustainability from AK&M, confirming its position among Russia’s resilient and responsible companies.
In its assessment, AK&M points to RNG’s consistent focus on sustainable development. The Company is praised for its environmental responsibility, effective corporate governance, and a good relationship with regional authorities and the local community.
The Company has backed the Mirninsky District Open Championship in chess and draughts, awarding special prizes to the strongest players. Held in Mirny, the tournament marked the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The event was organised by the Chess Federations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Mirninsky District Education Department. It brought together more than 120 schoolchildren from the towns of Mirny, Udachny, Lensk and nearby communities.

The results are in: The Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) has hosted an awards ceremony for the winners of the educational competition sponsored by RNG. In 2026, the competition, organised by the Ministry of Education and Science and the Trust Fund for Future Generations of Yakutia, celebrates its fifth anniversary. The winners of this year’s RNG-funded educational awards have now been announced, with 100 teachers from across the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) selected for special recognition. Now in its fifth year, the awards have become a well-established part of the region’s education calendar. RNG launched the initiative and continues to fund it as general sponsor, supporting teachers whose work is helping shape the future of education in Yakutia.
