The company is a driving force behind the event and its General Partner. For many years, it has been collaborating with the Trust Fund for Future Generations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) to give out bonuses to the best teachers.
In 2025, 458 teachers submitted their applications, a 17% increase from last year. The award attracts more and more Yakutian educators every year.
To be eligible, a teacher must have at least three years of educational experience in primary, elementary, middle, or high schools, or shine in further or vocational education.
The award recognised a teacher who had gone above and beyond when it came to student achievements, their successful participation in academic competitions, extracurriculars, and special projects, and professional accomplishments.
The selection committee picked the 100 best educators of Yakutia. The ceremony will take place in the House of the Government, Yakutsk, on 25 April, and the winners will officially receive their cash prize of 100 thousand roubles.

We appreciate RNG’s commitment to education in Yakutia. We work together to make it better,” said Nyurguna Sokolova, Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
