The company’s offices now feature special boxes called DobroYashchyki (Russian for Boxes of Kindness). People have been eagerly coming in to donate clothes and shoes to the charity.

The boxes are courtesy of Lavka Radostey (Russian for Joystore), a Russian charity established in 2018. It seeks to help people in need, promoting kindness all across Russia. The organisation is dedicated to supporting orphans, elderly people, and big and poor families whose lives have been shattered by conflict and disaster.

As part of its cooperation with the Russian Red Cross (RRC), the Company will allocate two million rubles for supporting the people affected by the shellings in the border regions of the country.

The public organization will use the allocated funds to purchase basic necessities: clothes, food kits, and personal hygiene products. The humanitarian supplies will then be delivered to the residents of the Kursk Region and other border regions located in the emergency area.

The Company has employed the students until the close of navigation. Practical training is conducted on the Viktoria-1, Boets, and Vitimets motor vessels owned by the Company.

Five students, who have completed their third- and second-year education at the Ust-Kut branch of the Siberian State University of Water Transport, intern on the vessels. The university is one of the leading educational institutions for training of navy officers and river vessel operating technicians.

RNG has been a partner of the New Economic School since 2020. Their joint charity program includes educational grants, support of students from the regions, as well as assistance in the development of the institution’s facilities and equipment.

This year, 152 students got their degrees. 29 of them were recipients full or partial grants sponsored by RNG. Among, the most popular fields of study are: finance, IT and e-commerce.

It is the third year that RNG has acted as a sponsor of the project. Season IV was launched in October.

AK&M agency noted the high level of the company on the national rating scale.

Analysts emphasise RNG’s responsible attitude to the environment, corporate governance performance and contribution to the development of the operations area.

The report underlines the company’s focus on environmental protection activities and biodiversity conservation. Only last year the company's ecologists released more than 1 million young fry into Yakutian rivers.

The Company took an active part in organization of the Diamond Region Yhyakh national festival at the Olonkho Land landscape and ethnographic complex. The Company employees assisted in arrangement of a parking lot for the guests of the festival.

In addition to that, RNG helped organize the Yhyakh-2024 festival in Tas-Yuryakh settlement. During the festival, the Company employees gave prizes to the graduates of the only school in the settlement and prepared gifts for the prizewinners of the Khapsagai national wrestling competition. 

The company continues water bioresources reproduction programme. The ecologists released into the Aannyaah River, the tributary of the Vilyui reservoir, more than 185 thousand salmonid juveniles from RNG and more than 15 thousand juveniles from its sister company.

This large-scale event will take place in Yakutsk from June 26 to July 7. The opening ceremony will take place at the Tuymaada Stadium.

More than three thousand athletes from 26 countries and six federal districts and regions of Russia will take part in the competitions. They will compete for 239 sets of medals in 24 disciplines.

RNG provided financial support by acting as a regional partner of the event.

Thesis defence of the students majoring in Oil and Gas Field Development and Operation was held at the Svetlinsky Department of Energy, Oil and Gas. A state examination board headed by Aysen Vasilyev, the Chief Oil Metering Specialist of the RNG Oil Treatment Department, performed thesis assessment.

The students presented their graduation projects covering different areas of oil-and-gas activities, from field development, well drilling, operation and servicing thereof to gathering facilities and commercial oil transportation.
