RNG Lends a Helping Hand to Village of Bechencha

RNG has provided emergency diesel fuel for backup generators to a remote community in Yakutia.

The move comes in response to a request from the Head of the Bechenchinsky nasleg, a small agricultural community in Yakutia. The village reached out for assistance after it experienced an unexpected failure in its power supply. During the outage, residents relied on backup diesel generators for several days while repair works were under way.

RNG delivered 1.4 tonnes of Arctic-grade diesel fuel to help maintain essential services in the village throughout the emergency.

Supporting local communities in the areas where RNG operates remains a priority for the company’s social policy.
