Starting from January 2026, the marking of diesel fuel with a dye has become mandatory for all production facilities and equipment of the Company. Corporate vehicles have been switched to diesel fuel with a red marker.
The coloring is carried out by specialists directly at fuel storage sites and at the points where tanker trucks depart from the oil depot. To achieve the required shade, a commercial accounting formula is used, calculating the amount of dye per one metric ton of diesel fuel. The dye does not affect the technical characteristics of the fuel, is adapted to harsh environmental conditions, and is resistant to the attempts of chemical removal.
This measure makes it possible to identify fuel purchased for the needs of RNG and the group of companies within the holding, and to strengthen control over its circulation, thereby thwarting possible theft for subsequent resale.
Law enforcement authorities of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) have been notified of the implementation of the marking system. RNG warns that the sale or purchase of marked fuel may serve as grounds for criminal liability for both the seller and the buyer.
