The Company placed tenth in the Energy and Natural Resources Extraction sector among mid-sized companies. The result marks an improvement on last year’s performance, with RNG moving up two positions in its category.
HeadHunter’s annual employer ranking is one of the country’s largest and most comprehensive labour market studies. This year’s edition brought together 1,792 companies across 41 industries, grouped by workforce size. Nearly 693,000 job seekers from across Russia took part in the voting process, an increase of 7,000 compared with the previous year.
RNG first joined the HeadHunter rating in 2022, and has consistently been recognised as an open and attractive employer within the industry. The Company’s steady progress reflects its long-term focus on sustainable growth, responsible employment practices and growing trust within the professional community.
