The results of the anniversary season of the International Children and Youth Award ‘Ecology is Everyone’s Business’ organized by Rosprirodnadzor have been summed up. RNG has been supporting this project for the fourth year in a row.
This year, participants presented a record number of innovative projects, creative works and environmental initiatives aimed at environmental issues. The participants submitted more than 110 thousand applications from all regions of Russia and countries of the near and far abroad. This is 19 times more than for the first season of the Award.
During the five years of the competition, the organizers have received over 320 thousand applications from 95 countries. In the anniversary season, the expert jury of environmental experts, representatives of public organizations, and workers of culture and art selected 126 winners from 43 regions of Russia and 8 foreign countries. More than 750 participants became prizewinners.
RNG permanently supports environmental projects aimed at improving environmental education and nature conservation. Respect for the environment and rational use of natural resources remain the key directions of the Company.
