The town of Mirny in Yakutia celebrated its 70th anniversary, marking this major milestone with a vibrant event, generously supported by RNG.
From 15 to 20 July, the city came alive with a packed festive programme that touched every corner of local life. Across multiple venues, locals enjoyed concerts, creative workshops, arts festivals, and sporting competitions.
The celebration culminated in the official anniversary gathering held at the Palace of Culture. Representatives of RNG attended the event, joining Aysen Nikolayev, Head of Yakutia, who congratulated the people of Mirny and acknowledged the significant role that companies operating in Yakutia’s Mirninsky District—including RNG—play in the town’s development.
