The company employees will act as experts of the regional stage of the All-Russian championship movement of professional skills Professionals - 2023 in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

The company took the eighth place in the field of Energy, Extraction and Processing of Raw Materials.

The identification of the best Russian employers, which entered the HeadHunter rating, took place in several stages: questioning of employees’ loyalty level to the organisation they work, applicants polling on the Internet recruiting portal and expert assessment of the development of HR processes of participating enterprises. In total, 1996 companies submitted applications for participation in the rating, of which 1082 became finalists.

The company once again allocated financial resources for three meals a day for the residents of the orphanage.

The Native Home Social Rehabilitation Centre has been operating in Kolomna since 2020. The institution educates children and teenagers who are temporarily without parental care and are in a difficult life situation.

Currently 18 minors aged 3 to 16 live in the orphanage. They deals with professional teachers, also they have medical care and everything necessary for study and recreation.

The company has been supporting a socially significant project organized by Rosprirodnadzor to encourage children and adolescents from 7 to 16 years old who care about the environment for the second year.

The company provided funding to support terminally ill children and purchase supplies for 2023.

The Lighthouse Charity Foundation supports hospices for children and young adults in Moscow and the Moscow Region. In total, about a thousand families are in the care of institutions. They receive the necessary comprehensive assistance free of charge through the organization projects and programs.

The company allocated 1 million rubles to conduct classes at the Foster Parents School and psychological counseling of families in Moscow.
