RNG Ranked as One of the Best HeadHunter Employers

The Company ranked twelfth in the Energy and Raw Materials industry. HeadHunter has published its annual rating of Russian employers for 2024, and the Company has again made it to the finals.

There are 1,729 companies in hh.ru’s final rating. The website has a special four-criteria methodology to determine the best employers. The scoring is based on collected survey data from recruiters and employees, former employee feedback, and average ranking from job seekers using the platform.

RNG first joined the HeadHunter rating in 2022 and has since been ranked repeatedly as a transparent and attractive employer and a fast-growing company.
