The Company has opened two new dorms in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), offering modern living conditions for up to 200 employees working on rotation at the company’s oil and gas sites. The two-storey residential buildings are located at the Yuzhno-Syuldyukarsky licensed site and at the main operations base serving the Eastern blocks of Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field. Employees have already moved into the new facilities.
Each building features climate control, comfortable modern furnishings, household appliances, and fully equipped bathrooms with showers, i.e., everything to improve people’s living and working conditions. Dedicated laundry rooms are also available on-site.
Staff working in remote field locations receive three varied complimentary meals a day in an on-site canteen. Earlier this year, RNG completed a new kitchen and dining facility at the Yuzhno-Syuldyukarsky licensed site. It offers home meals, nutritious and filling, made with locally sourced ingredients, including fresh fruit and vegetables. Drinking water is filtered through a multi-stage purification system.
As part of its ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing, RNG continues to upgrade residential infrastructure by phasing out outdated facilities and replacing them with high-quality, purpose-built accommodation designed to support teams working far from home.
