The annual Open Data Day conference is part of the international initiative International Open Data Day, which helps to promote the concept of open data and transparency in the activities of public authorities, businesses, non-profit organisations and civil society
In honour of Open Data Day, conferences, lectures, master classes and hackathons take place all over the world. Thus, on the first day of the event there will be a discussion focusing on the most significant issues of openness and interaction between society, business, and the state, with the involvement of international experts. On the second day, roundtables on topical issues will be organised for representatives of various professions.
“As part of the forum, participants will discuss current features and prospects for the use of open data in a variety of areas of our lives. We note that every year more and more companies join our forum. We would like to thank RNG for their support and close attention to this topic,” said Ivan Begtin, Director of Information Culture.
“RNG adheres to the principle of good business practices and business transparency. The company implements global procurement standards and pays special attention to combating counterfeiting and corruption. This is not the first year we have supported INFOCULTURE’s projects in this area,” said Vladimir Rakitin, CEO of RNG.
