RNG Backs Wildlife Reserve in Yakutia in Mirny

RNG has donated three tonnes of frozen pollock to support an animal shelter in Mirny, located in Russia’s Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

In a further show of support for local conservation efforts, the Company also plans to supply three tonnes of diesel fuel to the Zhivye Almazy Yakutii (Russian for Yakutia’s Living Rough Diamonds) nature park.

Both the shelter and park praised RNG for its its continued support and care for animals.

The Company has a long-standing relationship with both institutions. It regularly provides food the shelter, and has previously donated fuel and an all-terrain TREKOL vehicle to the park to assist with ecological monitoring and scientific fieldwork.
