Within the framework of cooperation between the company and the all-Russian public organization, a number of projects are being implemented aimed at providing assistance to residents of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in cases of disaster. One of the important stages of the partnership is the creation and training of emergency response teams.
The brigades will be formed from volunteers living in Yakutia and Moscow. For volunteers on the basis of the branches of the Russian Red Cross, training in first aid and psychosocial support will be organized.
“Now we are forming a program of practical classes and are recruiting people wishing to join the team. Persons over 18 years of age without chronic diseases and with psychological stability can become volunteers. After completing the training, they will be involved in providing assistance during periods of emergency. We thank RNG JSC for supporting our projects,” said Pavel Savchuk, Chairman of the Russian Red Cross.
At the same time, creation stocks of essential commodities of the Red Cross emergency fund is continuing. The warehouse is located in Yakutsk.
