RNG’s shift camps are among the best in Eastern Siberia

The most important area of the company’s work is the development of human resources, the creation of comfortable working and leisure conditions in a harsh climate.

RNG is a continuous cycle company and one of the key employers in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The total number of employees of Eastsib Holding, which includes RNG, is 3 thousand people. Almost 90% of them work in the Mirninsky district, where the company’s main production facilities are located. RNG supports the republican project “Local Personnel in Industry”: the share of the local population is 10% of the total number of employees.

The company pays special attention to working and leisure conditions of employees. Modern conditions for a high-quality life have been created in rotational complexes, which are significantly remote from large settlements. Employees live both in separate trailers with a kitchen, shower and bedroom, and in a hostel for 2-4 people in rooms.

At the base of the Eastern blocks of Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field, there is a canteen, a gym equipped with modern exercise equipment, a laundry, a bathhouse and its own bakery. A separate staff is engaged in maintaining a high level of living conditions.

Three meals a day are organized for all employees free of charge. The company purchases high-quality products directly from manufacturers. Dishes are prepared according to technological charts developed by the Research Institute of Public Catering. The quality of supplied food products is controlled by the federal information system “Mercury”.

Special attention is paid to water quality. A water treatment plant with a modern bactericidal installation “Atlantus” with a capacity of 100 m3/day operates at the Eastern blocks of Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field. Monthly water analysis is carried out in the laboratory of Rospotrebnadzor in Mirny.

RNG has a flexible personnel motivation system. “The company provides employee benefits, which include bonuses at the end of the year; paid medical examinations; voluntary insurance for certain categories of employees; payment of one-time financial assistance in various life situations. The company pays for the flight of rotational workers, as well as travel to the place of vacation and back to employees living in the Far North and equivalent areas,” said Oksana Grobovets, HR Director of RNG.

In the rotational complexes, interaction with medical institutions of nearby settlements has been established, a telemedicine system has been organized. The health status of employees is monitored at the facilities and in offices, the necessary personal protective equipment is provided.
