There is a brand new dorm and a new canteen at the support base of the Eastern Blocks of the Srednebotuobinskoe oil and gas condensate field.
The two-storey dormitory measures 1,500m2 and houses 50 double rooms, each featuring air conditioning. The company also provides laundry and dry-cleaning services for uniforms and bedclothes.
Fast and seamless communication was key in the project, so the designers made room for special tech in the facility. This is how employees can access a wireless network (Wi-Fi) everywhere in the new dormitory and the canteen.
Everyone working in shift teams gets a free meal three times a day. With the new canteen, they can now feel even closer to home, thanks to nutritious, home-cooked courses they serve.
The facility has its own bakery, so employees get to enjoy delicious fresh bread every day. The company purifies all drinking water and buys groceries directly from producers.
Some days, only ethnic foods are served, in honour of the Foods from around the World Day.
There are also dedicated employees taking care of housekeeping.
