Talented students from regional universities will be able to receive free education at the New Economic School (NES), thanks to cooperation between the educational institution and the company.
The scholarship programme started in September 2020 and has been extended for the academic year 2021/22. It includes full or partial grants providing discounts on tuition fees and dormitory accommodation from 10 to 100%, a programme for regional students, and the establishment of two named professorship positions.
“NES would like to thank RNG for its support of our institution and students. Our graduates build their careers in prestigious international and Russian companies and continue their education abroad,” thanked head of the university Ruben Enikolopov.
Last academic year, 41 students were provided with dormitory accommodation with the support of RNG and 27 students received grants to cover their tuition fees.
“Today our country is facing complex economic challenges, which means that specialists in this field are in demand more than ever. NES is one of the leading universities in preparing professionals for the Russian economy. This is not the first year we have offered grants to students, and we will continue this programme,” commented Vladimir Rakitin, CEO of RNG.
