The company was included in HeadHunter’s Top 200 Best Employers in the category “Big Enterprises” and was ranked 6th in its “Energy and Raw Materials” industry.
In compiling the HeadHunter’s list, companies were evaluated according to such parameters as the opinion of applicants, an indicator of the level of employee loyalty to the organization in which they work, and an expert assessment of the development of HR processes. In total, 783 companies from 1923 reached the final ranking.
“We have been highly rated by experts. They have qualified RNG as an attractive and open employer that successfully develops HR processes and corporate image. One of our main priorities is to create the right conditions for the development of the potential of employees and their professional growth,” said Oksana Grobovets, HR Director of RNG.
Human resources are one of the key resources of RNG, which ensure the achievement of our goals and the development of new projects. Since the main assets of the company are located in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the main task of the personnel policy is to create a new attractiveness of the North for employees. All conditions for their safe work and comfortable rest are created at the facilities of the enterprise. Last year the company’s rotational complexes were recognized as the best in Eastern Siberia.
“Business development is not possible without the primary component – a professional and effective team. We are doing a lot of work in this direction. We recruit talented specialists, develop a system of remuneration and employee motivation. We interact with local educational institutions,” said Vladimir Rakitin, Chief Executive Officer of RNG.
Since 2019, RNG has been participating in the program of the Government of Yakutia “Local personnel for industry”. The company actively cooperates with regional universities that teach students in oil and gas professions.
