RNG has partnered with the local administration of the Botuobuinsky Nasleg in Yakutia to help improve mobile signal and internet access in the remote village of Tas-Yuryakh.
The move comes in response to a request from the head of the nasleg, a small agricultural community in Yakutia. He highlighted poor mobile connectivity as one of the community’s most pressing challenges.
Under the agreement, RNG will fund the purchase of technical equipment designed to enhance mobile coverage and internet quality. The upgrades are expected to be in place by the end of the year.
RNG has a long-standing relationship with the Botuobuinsky administration, making it a point to support local social and economic development projects of the nasleg every year.
