The Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) approved the list of winners of the competition in the field of education dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Yakut ASSR. They will receive a monetary reward in the amount of 100 thousand rubles. Financial resources for the payment of bonuses and the holding of the event were allocated by RNG JSC under a cooperation agreement with the Trust Fund for Future Generations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
The competition is designed to support teaching staff and promote the development of human resources in Yakutia through the stimulation and encouragement of the best specialists. 305 people submitted their applications for the award. These are teachers, trainers, mentors of secondary and additional education, who have made a significant contribution to the development of the education system of the republic and have a teaching experience of at least 5 years.
“The holding of such competitions is necessary, first of all, to increase the prestige of social professions. It is necessary to celebrate the best and show their work, because, as you know, others will always follow the example of the best. We are grateful to RNG JSC for the implementation of this project and the desire to support and encourage professionals in their field,” said Vladimir Egorov, General Director of the non-profit organization Trust Fund for Future Generations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
To select the winners, a commission was created, which included 15 experts – representatives of labor unions and public organizations, experienced methodologists, specialists in the field of sports and culture. They assessed the professional achievements of the applicant, the pace of students’ mastering of training programs, the use of modern educational technologies in the lessons, and the participation of pupils in events of various levels. As a result, 100 best teachers were selected – the winners of the award.
