Nikita Semenov, Head Specialist of RNG JSC’s Press Service, became the youngest winner in the Culture track. The experts highly assessed the level of management competencies and professional training.
The track final was held at the Beggrov House in St. Petersburg. There were 106 finalists (total number of competitors: 6,700) from all over Russia.
After going through a series of distance tests, the contestants with the best results met in the face-to-face competition. During the evaluation day, in teams they solved management cases, offered solutions for urgent problems faced by cultural and educational institutions on a daily basis. Professional experts assessed the participants’ leadership competences.
According to Sergei Novikov, head of the Presidential Department for Public Projects, one of the most valuable qualities of the Leaders of Russia competition is the opportunity to work in a team of likeminded people. Regardless of whether the contestants stay in their jobs or move on up the career ladder, the competition becomes a resource for them, which helps them implement any projects, both creative and managerial, faster. Equally valuable is the experience of interacting with mentors.
“Developing the human potential of our employees is one of the company’s top priorities. We create a comfortable working environment, invest in human capital, and pay special attention to the growth of young professionals. The RNG JSC team is proud that an employee of the company has won the Leaders of Russia competition,” commented Vladimir Rakitin, CEO of RNG JSC.
The winners will have the opportunity to work with mentors from leading cultural institutions and will also receive certificates for educational programmes and internships at leading universities and research organisations in the cultural sector.
