The construction, which is just over 2 meters high, took an honorable place in front of the central entrance of the Mirninsky Regional Technical College Branch in Svetly, where oil and gas industry specialists study.
The event passed as part of the cooperation agreement between the company and the Mirninsky District Society of Hunters and Fishermen.
The representatives of the two organisations jointly cleaned up the Vilyui River shore and the adjacent territory from the household waste. RNG took out 10 m3 of garbage to the SDW landfill by its own transport during the event.
The event is included in the action plan of the All-Russian environmental campaign Water of Russia aimed at cleaning up the water bodies shores.
Alexey Tonkikh, the head of Mirny, the company management, and residents of the city attended the opening ceremony.
A modern playground is located on Tikhonov Street. OOO YakutStroyProekt, the company subsidiary, carried out the main construction works of the facility. The company managed to create a modern multifunctional space for children of different ages quickly and efficiently in a short summer.

The company provided financial assistance to Botuobuya and Sulakyyt, the tribal communities of Mirninsky district, within the framework of socio-economic agreements.
The small peoples spent the allocated funds on the purchase of all-terrain vehicles and fuel to them to monitor the hunting grounds. In addition, the representatives of the Botuobuya organisation used the allocated money to build a traditional dwelling, where they introduced everyone to the way of life and the way of the community during the Ysyakh national holiday in Tas-Yuryakh.
The company will allocate funds to the institution for the purchase of school and sports uniforms and shoes.
All children and teenagers living in the orphanage are in a difficult life situation. They deal with professional teachers in the center and have all necessary conditions for proper rest.
The orphanage exists mainly on donations of benefactors. RNG has repeatedly helped the institution by allocating funds to pay for three meals a day for its residents.
Construction of new game space is underway on Tikhonov Street opposite the company office.
Previously, there was also a playground for children, but it is outdated. At the moment dismantling of the previous structures has been carried out, asphalt-laying works are underway.
Modern children's play complexes, slides, swings, sandboxes and sports equipment will be installed on an area of 1,870 m². Moreover, a special rubberized coating will be laid on the site.
The opening is scheduled for early September.
The training passes within the cooperation between the public organisation and the company.
Volunteers take part in the training. They learn the basics of emergency-rescue activities, and study first aid medical and psychological assistance at the classes. The volunteers will assist rescue services during emergencies after the training.
RNG supports the socially significant project organized by Rosprirodnadzor for the second year in a row.
The project has already received more than 21.5 thousand applications since the beginning of the third season of the International Children’s and Youth Award ‘Ecology is Everyone’s Business’, which is 2.5 times more than last year, and the number of applications continues to grow.
Participants post their creative works on an open website and present environmental initiatives related to environmental protection.
Since the beginning of the year, the company has provided funds to the organisation for the purchase of medical equipment consumables. Children under the care of the Moscow Region Children’s Hospice received them.
Artificial lung ventilation (ALV) machines help hospice wards to breathe. The children also need to use an oxygen concentrator and an aspirator. This equipment requires additional consumables that need to be replaced every 3 or 6 months.
