The development of international cultural cooperation is an important part of RNG JSC activities. The company appreciates and supports the Art Bridge fund’s projects that are designed to develop cultural ties and international humanitarian cooperation.
Among these cultural projects, is the premiere of the opera “The Bear” based on Chekhov’s play of the same name and set to music by the English composer William Walton.
At the Eastern blocks of the Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field (EB SB OGCF) development of the Botuobinsky horizon was completed in well 515-R, which resulted in a production oil rate of 40 tons per day.
The Botuobinsky horizon is characterized by a heterogeneous subsurface profile and area, yet it is the most interesting oil and gas horizon in the entire EB SB OGCF area.
Every year the company arranges work semesters for students of specialized educational institutions in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the whole of Siberia.
The construction team students who have passed the competitive selection are included in the combined groups. Under the guidance of experienced mentors, future builders, economists and engineers for oil and gas field development gain valuable practical experience at RNG’s production sites.
The company’s own fire safety, civil defense and emergency service helps to eliminate and prevent wildfires.
The Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) has the most difficult fire hazardous situation in the country this year. Since the beginning of summer, forests have been burning over the territory of six hundred thousand hectares, including the region of Western Yakutia, where the company operates. Dry and windy weather has contributed to the spread of the fire.
Over 214 thousand peled fry were released by the company’s ecologists into a tributary of the Vilyui reservoir — the Aannyaakh river, which flows through the territory of the Mirninsky district.
AK&M has highly rated the company according to the national rating scale.
Analysts noted the balanced development policy pursued by RNG in economic, social and environmental areas. “RNG’s modern and responsible approach to the organization of work ensures the growth of the company, well-being of its employees, social development of the region of its operation, and preservation of its natural resources,” summed up AK&M General Director Zoya Larkina.
The company’s priorities in the summer season are to increase the volume of cargo shipments by its own fleet and to equip the infrastructure at the berth in Lensk.
RNG Procurement LLC aims to further develop the transport and logistics area for the effective implementation of the tasks set. The company received a license to accept dangerous goods at the warehouse complex in Ust-Kut. In addition, in order to build a logistics chain, a railway track was restored and put into operation there.
Aisen Nikolaev highly appreciated the work of the company, emphasized its importance for the economy of Yakutia.
The head of the region noted: “RNG JSC is a backbone enterprise of the fuel and energy complex. The company has a significant impact on the development of the republic. Despite the difficult economic situation, in 2020 RNG JSC managed to produce the first million tons of crude oil and open a new promising gas condensate field in the Lensky district. Now it loaded the 100th tanker for shipment to the countries of the Asia-Pacific region. This is a significant event.”
The anniversary shipment of oil produced by the company took place at the port of Transneft – Port of Kozmino LLC. Here the end point of the Eastern Siberia – Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline system is located.
Oil from the Eastern blocks of Srednebotuobinskoye oil and gas condensate field, located in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), enters the joint pipeline and rushes to the east of the country.
The company provides a range of supply services for RNG Group, as well as all the companies of Eastsib Holding and external enterprises operating in Yakutia.
RNG Procurement purchases over 50,000 items worth at least 5 billion rubles annually. In total, over 4,000 contracts have been concluded over the years of its operation. The main suppliers (95 %) are Russian manufacturers. The company turns to foreign partners in exceptional cases when there are no domestic products of a comparable level.
